Mr. Griffith farms near DeWitt, Missouri, on a corn and soybean operation with his wife, Doris Jean.  His family has farmed in this Missouri River, Grand River, and Big Creek area of Missouri since 1848. Mr. Griffith received his B.S. in Agriculture at the University of Missouri and served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and Fort Hood, Texas.  He is a founding director of MME and has served on boards of the Bosworth School District, Carroll County Soil and Water, Mental Health, Lutheran Church in Carrollton, the DeWitt Township, and the DeWitt Cemetery Association.

Chris is a graduate of Truman State University at Kirksville, MO with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. He has served many roles in the ethanol industry, including construction site and start-up supervision prior to joining the MME team as Plant Manager in 2004.

Tyler is a 1997 graduate of Brunswick High School and a 2001 graduate of Missouri Valley College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.   After graduating from MVC, Tyler began working in a seed crop production facility as an operator and quality control technician.   In 2003 he moved to another seed facility filling numerous roles in production, shipping and receiving and quality control until joining Mid-Missouri Energy. Tyler began his career with Mid-Missouri Energy in 2004 as a process technician, working up to night shift supervisor, then production coordinator and now the current plant manager.

Kathy joined MME as our Chief Financial Officer.  She recently served as the Director of Accounting for Red Cross Pharmacy for 8 years, and in addition brings experience from her Saline County Auditor and Treasurer tenure.  Kathy has family roots in the Malta Bend area, and currently resides in rural Saline County with her husband.

John was born in Marshall, MO on February 13th, 1966. He graduated from Malta Bend R-V High School in Malta Bend, MO in May 1984. After graduating High School John then attended the Nashville Auto Diesel College where he studied to become an Auto Diesel Technician and graduated in August 1985. After graduating from the Nashville Auto Diesel College, John returned to Malta Bend where he worked for Malta Bend R-V School as custodian, maintenance man, and mechanic.In July 1988, John decided to serve his country and enlisted as a Private in the Army. John spent more than 20 years as a linguist in the Army speaking Russian, Arabic, and the Serbo-Croatian languages and retired as a Sergeant First Class. During his tenure with the Army John was assigned to a wide variety of positions, including Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Operations Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Maintenance NCO, Training NCO, NCO In Charge of Intelligence reporting quality control, Translator in Guantanamo Bay Cuba, and as an advisor to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. John is most proud of his 13 month deployment to Iraq as Platoon Sergeant. John began working at Mid Missouri Energy in November 2011, first as a Process Technician-D&E then later as Process Technician-Utility. In March 2013 John became a Floating Shift Supervisor. As a Floating Shift Supervisor John was given the opportunity to work with personnel from all of the four shifts and with the Management team on various special projects. John is married and lives in Sweet Springs Missouri with his wife Stephanie and two of his teenage children Ali and Zxander.

Matthew began college at Truman State University Majoring in Chemistry, but later graduated from Missouri Valley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Business minor with a focus in Accounting. He worked mostly construction prior to his MME hire in 2004 as Accounting/IT clerk.
